The hotel shall hold the room block until 9/28/2011.  Reservations made after this date or above the contracted block amount are subject to the availability and pricing availability of the hotel.  Must be at least 18 years of age to reserve or check into a room, all guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or authorized youth leader.

Hotel registration can be reserved with your “UCW Hotel Booking Code” that you will receive after making your conference registration.    If questions email  reservations@radissonkz.com

For your convenience UCW has negotiated special meal rates with the Radisson for all conferees. These meals will be available for purchase at the conference. There are also several other restaurants within driving distance of the Hotel but you will be subject to regular rates and wait time due to other dining patrons and the public.
