There
are two (2) ways to register for the conference. The hotel room rates
are exclusively for UCW participants; please register for the
conference before you book your hotel rooms.
On-Line Registration Instructions:
1. To register on-line you must enter an email address.
If you do not have an email address, enter this one: register@ucfw.com
2. Click the “Register Now” tab and follow the on-line instructions.
3. If you are registering 10 or more persons check the Group/Guest Registration box.
4. Enter registration information for each person.
5. If you have questions, call 248-424-7344, and leave a message.
2011 Registration Fees are:
$110 - Adult Conferee (18 years-and older)
$90 - Youth Conferee (12-17 years).
$120 - Late Registration after 11:59 PM 9/28/2011.
$130 - On-Site Registration
Registration Deadline is September 28th, 2011!!
Group Registration Instructions:
The hotel room rates are exclusively for UCW participants; please register for the conference before you book your hotel rooms.
1. Groups of 10 or more qualify for Group Registration. Please register yourself first as the primary registrant.
2. Include an email address for each of the registrants. If there is no email address; please use your email address.
3.
Confirmations will be sent via email to the Group leader and members of
the group or via postcard if there is no email address.
4. You will be able to pick-up the program books and name badges for your group at the UCW Group table.

1. Print the registration form and fill it out completely.
2. Registration forms may be photocopied.
3. Complete one form for each person.
